How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship directly from our fulfillment warehouses located all over the world. Due to COVID-19, please allow 7-18 business days (M-F) for delivery. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible during these difficult times.
If I change my mind can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellation requests and changes to orders must be received within 12 hours after placing your order....NO exceptions. To change or cancel an order simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. See above details for processing and transit times.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners depending on location.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to make sure our customers love our beds but if you do need to return an order for any reason we’re happy to help. Simply email email@example.com within 14** days of receiving your order and we'll send you a prepaid return label*. When the return is received we will issue a full refund.
* NOTE: For returns coming from outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for handling their own return shipping. We will not send prepaid return labels for International Shipments.
** Please note if you are returning due to a defect, damaged product or if you received the incorrect color/size returns must be filed within 5 days of receiving the order. After 5 days we have to assume you received the correct item and any damage was caused by your fur baby. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products damaged by the customer. Any returns filed after 5 days must be for the correct item and must be in new condition. Thanks!
